What should we do if the horizontal sealing device of Vffs cannot seal it:
1) The temperature of the horizontal sealing device of the vertical packaging machine has not reached the corresponding temperature, and the height of the horizontal sealing needs to be increased;
2) The sealing pressure at the horizontal sealing device of the vertical packaging machine is not enough. It is necessary to adjust the pressure of the packaging machine to add pressure to the horizontal seal;
3) The horizontal sealing roller of the equipment is not aligned when installed and the contact surface between the two is not flat; solution: adjust the flatness of the contact surface of the horizontal sealing roller, and then use A4 paper to seal it horizontally to see if it is aligned and the texture is deep. Are the shades the same?
What to do if Vffs horizontal seal leaks:
1) Also check the temperature of the horizontal sealing of the packaging machine. If the temperature does not reach the sealing temperature, you need to increase the temperature;
2) Check the horizontal sealing pressure of the packaging machine and adjust the horizontal sealing pressure of the packaging machine;
3) Check to see if the packaging machine clamps materials when sealing. If so, adjust the packaging machine’s unloading speed;
4) If there is still air leakage after adjusting the above 3 methods, check if there is a problem with the material of the packaging bag and try to replace it with another packaging bag.
Vffs horizontal seal temperature cannot go up:
1) Check whether the horizontal sealing temperature control meter of the packaging machine is damaged, and replace it if damaged;
2) Check whether the temperature control circuit of the horizontal sealing part is connected incorrectly;
3) Check whether the horizontal sealing thermocouple is installed incorrectly or damaged; check the installation or replace the thermocouple;
