When debugging the empty bag, the cutter can also move. We should first check whether the cutter induction proximity switch is on. The cutter induction proximity switch of the packaging machine is as shown below:
Solution: Test whether the cutter sensor proximity switch is broken. Use a piece of metal to touch the yellow cutter sensor proximity switch to see if it lights up. If it does not light up, then we are sure that the sensor proximity switch is broken. If it lights up, Let’s move the sensor block closer.
Question 2: If the cutter sensor proximity switch is broken, do you have a new sensor proximity switch on hand and need to produce it urgently?
Solution: Open the screen control screen, select the function page, and press the cutter: signal button until it turns red and it becomes the time, then this function will not work. As shown below
