How to adjust the bag asymmetry of vertical packing machine
Automatic packaging machines can be divided into vertical packaging machines, pillow packaging machines and bag-feeding packaging machines. Vertical packaging machines are an indispensable part of automatic packaging machines. Vertical packaging machines can be divided into small vertical packaging machines, medium vertical packaging machines and large vertical packaging machines according to their size.
The small vertical packaging machine we use is a trunk-type former (bag forming machine), while the medium and large vertical packaging machines use a lapel-type former. This is how we mainly distinguish between small vertical packaging machines and medium and large vertical packaging machines.
Small vertical packaging machines are widely used in our packaging industry, so during use or when replacing the packaging film, it is inevitable that the packaging film will deviate due to improper operation or some reasons.
When we use a small vertical packaging machine and there is a problem of bag deviation, how should we adjust it? Today the editor of soonkpack will answer it for you.
When the vertical packaging machine is in use, it is inevitable that it will malfunction due to improper operation or some reasons. So when a malfunction occurs, how should it be repaired and adjusted?
First, let’s take a look at the pictures below. The one on the left is the deviation effect, and the right is the normal picture.
If we want to adjust to the effect on the right, then what we have to do next is as follows:
1.After the packaging film is installed on the small vertical packaging machine, the problem shown in the picture above appears when starting the bag making. With the back seal as the center, the bags on both sides do not overlap. There are fewer bags on the left and more bags on the right.
2. After comparing the bag with the small vertical packaging machine former, the left side of the bag is smaller than the right side, as shown in the figure below，After comparing the bag with the trunk-type former of the small vertical packaging machine, the left side of the bag accounts for less and the right side accounts for more.
3.After identifying the problem with the bag, use a screwdriver to gently loosen the screws marked 1 and 2 in the picture below.
4.After the screws 1 and 2 are loosened, according to the situation that there is less on the left side of the bag and more on the right side, gently move the elephant trunk molder to the left (less) direction with your hands (as shown in the picture), just move a little; if If there are more on the left than on the right, move to the right.
5.After moving, tighten the screws 1 and 2, and then test whether the bag is as shown in the picture below. If not, follow step 4 and repeat the adjustment until the bags overlap.
