Vertical packaging machines are divided into trunk-type (former) packaging machines and lapel-type (former) packaging machines. No matter which type of vertical packaging machine, there are horizontal sealing and vertical sealing parts. So what are the horizontal sealing and vertical sealing of vertical packaging machines?
The main function of the longitudinal sealing of the vertical packaging machine is to sew the longitudinal edges of the packaging bag. Whether it is back sealing, three-side sealing or four-side sealing, the longitudinal edges are heated and sealed by the longitudinal sealing device. The main function of the horizontal sealing of the vertical packaging machine is to seal the horizontal sides of the packaging bag. But what should I do if the horizontal seal becomes wrinkled when using a vertical packaging machine? How should I solve this problem?
If wrinkles appear in the horizontal seal during the packaging process, we can deal with it from the following four points
1) Check whether the temperature of the horizontal sealing device of the vertical packaging machine is too high. If the temperature is too high and wrinkles are caused, then you need to lower the temperature of the horizontal sealing and try to use a brush to brush the cutting edge of the horizontal sealing knife;
2) Check whether the packaging is caused by material clamping. If it is caused by material clamping, adjust the cutting and sealing speed;
3) Check whether it is caused by the horizontal sealing pressure problem. When the horizontal sealing roller is not heated, use A4 paper to seal at the horizontal sealing roller. If the A4 paper has a sealing roller texture display, and the stripes are darker or lighter. If it is different, it means there is a problem with the pressure and the pressure of the horizontal seal needs to be adjusted.
4) Check whether there is a problem with the packaging film. Try changing to another packaging film to see if there is any wrinkles. If not, it is a problem with the film.
